Disclaimer! Most of these recipes aren't mine. I want to share some recipes I like in order to share my love for food and cooking, I'm not willing to take credit on something I didn't create.
Chocolate chip cookies
By a friend of mine
Ingredients:
-Flour 185g
-Flour 95g
-Salt 1/2 spoon
-Saltless butter 225g
-Sugar 150g
-Brown sugar 150g
-2 large eggs
-As much chocolate chips as you want to add
Preparation:
-Melt the butter
-Add both sugars and salt in a bowl and mix them
-Pour the melted butter and mix (My friend told me you need to wait for it to cool first but I do it straight away and it works)
-Add the eggs and mix eggscellently (Pls laugh)
-Add both flours and mix
-Add the chocolate chips (And you guessed it! Mix!)
-Put the bowl in the fridge and wait 2 hours
-Preheat the oven at 200ºC
-Put small dough balls on a baking tray (They will expand when they bake so distance them)
-Put it in the oven and wait (They will be ready when all dough is cooked)
-Let the cookies rest
Pd: This proportions make a hella lot of cookies. Half them in order to make a normal amount
